Perfect for family vacations
Let me tell ya, this place had a amazing view from the 19th floor balcony. We were treated like royalty by Andrea at the front, super cute and always polite. Gotta love that.

Here’s the real story
We enjoyed our stay in a one-bedroom apartment. The full kitchen and laundry were fantastic for our family. The pool was a perfect retreat, and the kids loved the snow cones! Just a heads-up about parking. it comes with some additional charges. Overall, a comfortable stay with great amenities!

I had a nice stay with my friends where we loved the outdoor pool and BBQ facilities, making it easy to unwind after our adventures. The sun loungers were perfect for catching some rays too! The furniture could use a little refresh, but it didn't ruin the fun we had. 😊

I enjoyed my stay in Austin with beautiful views from the high floor of my one-bedroom apartment. The location near Whole Foods and downtown made exploring easy despite the pesky timeshare sales pitch.

I enjoyed the spacious studio apartment. The kitchen had everything I needed. A comfortable sitting area. The rooftop pool offered a great downtown view, perfect for relaxing evenings. The staff were friendly and responsive, providing helpful recommendations for local events. The location worked well for exploring downtown, with easy walking access to attractions. However, I felt pressured by staff to attend a timeshare presentation. The check-in process took longer than expected, which was frustrating after a long trip. Also, I noticed a stale smell in my room at first. Though it was addressed with spraying, it shouldn't have been an issue to begin with. Overall, the hotel had good amenities but needed to improve on guest comfort and communication regarding timeshare sales.

Super walkable to 6th Street and the Rainey Street area, so many bars and restaurants nearby. The two-bedroom apartment worked perfectly for our group. The rooftop deck was a nice touch, too. Just be ready for some timeshare sales talk if you stay here.
The only downside was the pushy timeshare sales tactics from the staff, which felt a bit overwhelming when we just wanted to relax after our journey.
